  • Friday 20 July

  • Triathlon Swim Squad Sessions. Free to paid up club members. Experienced swim coaches Ally Boggs and Jeff Nagle provide tri specific training sessions on technique, drills, kick, strength, endurance and strength. Register on the club Facebook site and bring pull buoy, kick board, paddles and fins if you have them.

  • Meet at Te Haruhi Bay, Shakespeare Park. Spend 60-90mins doing strength training in the great outdoors. This will include some run drills, core strength work and run/walk efforts. Rain or shine so bring warm clothes and appropriate shoes. Designed to keep everyone together regardless of speed as we move around the park

  • Sunday 22 July

  • Meet at 9am for a 9.30am start. A chance to get together and meet other clubbies for a quick dip (wetsuits and/or speedos optional) before a hearty brunch at the popular Red Beach Surf Club. Swim distance is optional. Brunch runs from 9am to 12pm and they serve good meals for a good price so bring the family along. If you are intending to come then it would be great if you could let us know closer to the day so we can advise the kitchen of potential numbers.

  • 5km Run/Walk Time Trial. 1st Wednesday of the month. Meet at the Red Beach Surf Club for a 6pm start. Warm up jog to the Orewa Arts Centre to start your 5km loop run back to the Surf Club. Time yourself and track your improvement.

  • 34km Bike Time Trial - 2nd Sunday of the month. Meet at Dairy Flat Aerodrome car park for a 9am kickoff. 4 laps of a loop course to total 34km. No drafting, go at your own pace, time yourself and track your improvement

  • Meet at the Puhoi car park at 11am for a 11.30 kick off. Partake in either a 90min paddle, off road run/walk on the Te Araroa Trail or mountain bike on the locla gravel roads before a refreshing ale and burger at the historic Puhoi Pub.
